What we keep on the book.

Record of Sale, LLC d/b/a Lotto Form collects only what we need to run the subscription and the form. Effective September 1, 2026.

What we collect

Account email, a password hash (not the password itself), and a signed session cookie (lf_session). After you subscribe we store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, price id, status, and current period end so a new server still knows the book is paid.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe Checkout, never on lottoform.com. We never see or store full card numbers. That is Stripe’s PCI scope, not ours. Charges appear as LOTTOFORM.

Analytics and indexing

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights on public pages. The subscriber book (/form), account, and password reset are not indexed. We do not run extra advertising pixels.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your email for someone else’s marketing list.

Who else sees data

Third parties that help run the site: Stripe (payments and the customer portal), Vercel (hosting), Resend (receipts, welcome mail, password reset), and Neon (Postgres). Each processes data only to provide that service.

CCPA / CPRA

If you are a California resident you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, and you may appeal a denial. Email form@lottoform.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those words are used in the CPRA.

Cookies

The session cookie is required to stay signed in. Stripe sets cookies on Checkout and the Customer Portal. We do not use those cookies to advertise.
